Most frequently asked questions

Shipping

  • Delivery inside Bahrain will take between 1-2 working days.
  • Delivery to the GCC countries usually takes from 2-4 working days (Express).

We offer 2 types of delivery inside Bahrain:

  • Standard (within 48 hours) and it’s for BD 1.500
  • Express (within 24 hours) and it’s for BD 2.000
  • Discount on delivery charge will applied be when you have more items on your cart.
  • Free Normal Delivery will be applied on orders above than BD 10.000
  • Free Express Delivery will be applied on orders above than BD 20.000
  • We don’t deliver on Friday.

As for international shipping, cost will be calculated at Cart Page & Checkout page.

Payments

Inside Bahrain we accept:

  • Cash on Delivery & Benefit Pay.
  • Debit Cards.
  • PayPal.

For International orders we currently accept:

  • PayPal.

Currently we accept them through PayPal only, other methods will be added soon.

Currently they are no vat tax on sales.

Returns

  • You can return the item within 5 days of the delivery date, if the item is sealed and unused, you will have the option of refund or exchange.
  • For damaged items, you will need to notify us within 3 days of delivery date, you will have the option of refund or getting a new same item.
  • Pictures and Receipts (or Order Number) are necessary to complete the process, you can send them either to info@elfbh.com or whatsapp 36362006.
  • Cash orders will be refunded in the store (Jid Ali branch).
  • Debit CardsPayPal & BenefitPay orders will be refunded to your accounts.
  • We will process the refund immediately once the return phase have completed.
