How long will the delivery take?
- Delivery inside Bahrain will take between 1-2 working days.
- Delivery GCC countries will take 2-4 working days (Express via Aramex) or 5-15 working days (Airmail via Bahrain Post).
How much will the delivery cost?
- Delivery inside Bahrain will cost BD 1.000.
- Delivery for GCC countries cost will be calculated at Cart Page & Checkout page.
Free Delivery?
Free delivery will apply on orders above BD 15.000, you will see an option for free delivery on Cart page Free Local Shipping.
This will only apply for orders inside Bahrain.
Do you provide testers?
We do provide testers for most of the items in our shops, you can visit us and start testing!
Return and Exchange
- You can return the item within 5 days of the delivery date, if the item is sealed and unused, you will have the option of refund or exchange.
- For damaged items, you will need to notify us within 3 days of delivery date, you will have the option of refund or getting a new same item.
- Pictures and Receipts (or Order Number) are necessary to complete the process, you can send them either to info@elfbh.com or whatsapp 36362006.
Refund process?
Cash orders will be refunded in the store (Jid Ali branch).
Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal & B-Wallet orders will be refunded to your accounts.
